1. Nature of Inquiry

Submission of an inquiry form constitutes a request for information only and does not create a binding contract between the client and the company. No booking, reservation, or service shall be considered confirmed until written confirmation is issued by the company.

2. Booking Confirmation

A travel booking shall be deemed confirmed only when:

• The final itinerary and services have been agreed upon in writing.
• The required deposit or full payment (as applicable) has been received, and
• Written confirmation has been provided by the company.
• Until these conditions are fulfilled, availability and pricing remain subject to change.

3. Pricing and Availability

All quoted prices are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. The company reserves the right to revise pricing due to changes in government regulations, permit fees, transportation costs, currency fluctuations, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

4. Payments

Payment terms, including deposit requirements and final balance deadlines, will be communicated upon agreement of the itinerary. Failure to make payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking without prior notice.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies, including any applicable charges or refunds, will be outlined at the time of booking confirmation. Refund eligibility shall be determined in accordance with the agreed cancellation terms.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements, including but not limited to passports, visas, health conditions, physical fitness, and travel insurance. The company strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and evacuation where applicable.

7. Changes and Force Majeure

The company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, natural disasters, political instability, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In such cases, the company shall not be held liable for delays, alterations, or additional expenses incurred.

8. Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers, natural events, or circumstances beyond its control.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an inquiry form or proceeding with a booking, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
